She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Everly and Nancy Everly (McManus); her husband George D. Kosisko; and her siblings, Thelma McCarney, Paul Everly, Wendell Everly and Fritz Everly.
She is survived by: her children, Mary Jane Speeney (Michael) of Adelaide, George Kosisko (Lori) of Connellsville and Sharon Kosisko of Connellsville; her grandchildren, Ashley Shoemaker (Aaron), Erica Speeney (Billy), Julianne Speeney (Nathan), Anthony Speeney, Nicholas Speeney, Kayley Blackstone (Zack), Khira Kosisko (Jessica), Lauren Crouse (Stacey), Meagan Crouse and Courtney Suranski (Shane); her siblings, Martha Everly and Jake Everly; and her close friend Jim Slaughter. She is also survived by 11 greatgrandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
