He was predeceased by: his parents, Stephen E. Zavatsky and Olga Zavatsky (Kasunic); and his former wife Barbara Zavatsky (Yourich). He is survived by: his sister Mary Mark Zavatsky of Pittsburgh; his daughters, Amy Zavatsky of Oxford, England and Kelly Zavatsky (Scott Firestone) of Connellsville; his stepchildren, Kristin Deffieaugh (Alan) and Steve Banasick (Glenda); and his stepgrandchildren, Milan and Marek Deffibaugh. He is also survived by many other relatives, friends.
