She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Huffine and Barbara Huffine (Kohl); her former husband William Carmichael; her husband William Tishman; and her siblings, Minna Jacobs and Lewis Jacobs.
She is survived by: her nephews, Thomas Eicher of Connellsville and Jeffery Jacobs (Gina) of Connellsville; her niece Thelma Jacobs of Ellwood City; her stepgranddaughter Cheryl Callahan of Arizona; her nieces, Melissa Eicher and Maureen Jacobs; and her nephew Greg Jacobs. She is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
