She was predeceased by: her parents, James R. Ritenour and Gladys Ritenour (Rose); her husband Anthony Richter; and her siblings, Gary, James Ritenour and Geraldine Ritenour.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Cooper (Carey) of So, William "Bill" Marshall of Connellsville, Joyce Sanner of Dunbar and Robert Sanner (Traci) of Normalville; her grandchildren, Robert, Larry, Brittay Sanner, Kristie Goodwin, Corey Minerd and Bryan Cooper; her siblings, Bob Ritenour (Lynne) of Dunbar, Wayne Ritenour of Dunbar, Karen Wilson (Albert) of Dunbar and Sylvia Burkett (Denny) of St. Mary's, PA; and her pets, Precious and Stella. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
