She was predeceased by: her parents, Grant Firestone and Eloise Brooks; her husband Jack O'Roark; her sons, Edward O'Roark and Darell Wayne O'Roark; her grandson Kalen Polito; and her siblings, Shirley Shallenberger, Della Firestone and Albert Firestone.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jacque Premus (Jerry) and Michelle Saylor; her grandchildren, Chris Premus (Jemma), Mike Premus (Angela), Adrianne Polito, Tiffany Riggin (Mark), Kara Saylor (Matt) and Megan Ragaller (Tyler); her great grandchildren, Kameryn Premus, Elliot Premus, Sayde Premus, Roan Premus, Jack Ragaller and Rylee Ragaller; her sisters, Carol Moyers and Bonnie Gaborko; and her caregivers, Sandy Mitchell and Wendy Reese. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
