He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Keddal Hall; his daughters, Kalee Tabron (Randy) of Belle Vernon and Paige Hall of Ohio; his granddaughter Leila; and his brothers, Randall Keffer, Jr. (Joan) of Connellsville and Franklin Keffer (Denise) of Grove City.
