She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Leroy and Daisy Alverta Miller Ansell; her husband Harold "Snipe" Hartz; and her sisters, Leora Ansell, Helen Bruner, Mildred Grimm and Nora Geary.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Hartz (Susan) of Uniontown, Scott Hartz (Julie) of Connellsville and Kathleen Hartz Mazurek (Richard) of Elizabeth; her grandchildren, Tara Hartz Pegg (Dan), Lauren Hartz, Scott Hartz, Jr. and Matthew Mazurek (Kylie); her great grandchildren, Westyn Pegg, Marie Pegg and Maya Grace Mazurek; her sister Alverta Pritts of Indian Head; and her siblings-in-law, Glenn Bruner of Indian Head and Bernadine Hartz of Connellsville. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
