She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Clark and Freda Kiser Clark; her husband Harry C. Balsley; her son Donald R. "Bobby" Brown; her granddaughter Lori Carnes; and her siblings, Donald, Homer Clark and Evelyn Fowler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Patty Sole of Hollidaysburg and Vickie Balsley of Connellsville; her grandchildren, Michelle Shepler (David), Jana Sperandio (Tony), Daniel Sole (Noel) and Misty Smalley (Dylan); her sister-in-law Effie Clark of South Connellsville; and her close friend Shirley Davis. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
