She is survived by: her daughters, Kathryn Blackstone (Harold) of Adamstown, MD., Jane Carbonara (Carl Elder) of Connellsville and Susan Bailey (Ellis) of Randolph; her grandchildren, Robert Blackstone (Marcie) and Kristen Banks (John); her great grandchild Thomas Blackstone; and her brothers, George Edward "Skip" Bailey (Eleanor) of Connellsville and Thomas Bailey (Janice) of Connellsville.
