It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Amos Wayne Hurt of Connellsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 17, 2024, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Amos William and Elma Hurt (Keyes); and his son William Allen Ohler. He is survived by: his children, Amos "Clyde" Hurt (Linda) of Normalville, Tammy Riley (Jason) of Romney, W. V., Timothy Hurt (Beth) of Romney, W. V., Wayne Ohler (Charlene) of Leisenring, Christina Dillinger of Mt. Pleasant, Brandie Shroyer of Mt. Pleasant, Belinda Croushore of Connellsville and Vanessa Gemas (Joey) of Scottdale; his stepchildren, Tonya Gemas, Johnny Gemas and Samuel Gemas; and his close friend Effie Mae Aller. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Paul G. Fink Funeral Home, Inc. (418 Pittsburgh St, Connellsville, PA 15425). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, November 24th 2024 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
