She was predeceased by: her parents, Raymond Chess and Agnes Chess (Hogue); her husband Curtis Pisarchick; her son Paul Pisarchick; and her sisters, Dolores, Martha and Alice.
She is survived by: her children, Helene Coontz (Bob) of Centennial, Colorado and Joe Pisarchick of Conneautville; her grandsons, Daniel Coontz (Christina Hayes) and Tyler Pisarchick; her great grandchildren, Lucas and Valynne; her sister Mary Huber of Meadville; and her sister-in-law Sally Pisarchick of Cleveland, Ohio. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
