He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Janna Russell (Lonkert) and Theodore Russell, Sr.; his former life partner Erika Russell (Pitelka) of Slippery Rock, PA; his children, Bill Russell of Linesville, Susan Daugherty (Richard) of Franklin, PA, Ann Russell of Columbia, SC, Peggy White (Ben) of Grove City, PA and Mike Russell (Becky) of Oil City, PA; his grandchildren, Justin Titus (Maraya), Crystal Russell, Daniel Titus, Brittany Titus, Ashley Titus (Brad Baker), Morgan White, Cameron White, Logan Dougherty and Mathew Rudolph; his great grandchildren, Bentlee Titus, Lincoln Titus, Greyson Titus, Isabella Baker, Opel Titus, Jeremiah Baker and Hayden Titus; and his siblings, Kathy Adams (Donald) of Meadville, Ronald Russell (Marnie) of Greensburg, PA and Steven Russell (Kristie) of Meadville. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
