It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tammy Barr of Conneautville, Pennsylvania, born in Carson City, Nevada, who passed away on February 1, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, Robert Schandelmeier and Nancy Schandelmeier (Titus); and her aunt Carolyn Campbell. She is survived by : her husband James Barr; her daughter Leslie Barr of Harrisburg, PA; her sister Kelly Alter of Cochranton, PA; her nephew Kyle Czubek; and her friends, Sarah Peterson, Heather Tatalovic and Debbie Monnie. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren.

“To Jim, Kelly, and family, Please accept my deepest condolences on the loss of Tammy. She was someone you could immediately carry a conversation with and feel comfortable. She was a very likeable person and knew how to get her point across. Alot of times like her mother but with her own traits. She will be missed in my history and am glad to have met her. I enjoyed watching her ride in competitions and caring for her horses.”
