She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar Wooten and Martha Wooten (Napier); the father of her children Jerry L. Rash Sr.; her husband Richard Shiner; her siblings, Patty Whitman and Glen Wooten; her grandsons, Michael Rash Jr., Douglas Rash and Billy Rash; and her great grandchild Tommy Rash.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Chizmar (Tim), Michael Rash (Jeannette), Ricky Rash (Terri) and Jerry L. Rash Jr. (Judi); and her brother Leon Taylor. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Edder Family Funeral Home (309 Main St E, Girard, PA 16417). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
