He was predeceased by: his parent Frank S.; his wife Jeanne M. Moon (Ebert); his son Gary Matthew Moon; and his brother Frank R.. He is survived by: his parent Marie E. Higley Moon; his daughters, Katherine J. Moon of Meadville and Karen S. Moon Thomas (Charles); his grandson Charles D. Thomas, Jr. of Belgrade; his children, Nikki and Tegan; and also Serbia.
