He was predeceased by : his parents, Eugene Loomis and Sarah Loomis (Coy); his wife Anna M. Donovan; and his brother Michael Loomis. He is survived by : his children, Eugene Loomis, III, Kimberly Garlick (Scott), Kathy Marie Shultz (Matt) and Patricia Tipton; his grandchildren, Kelly, Jonathan, Hope, Amber, Zach, Anthony, Jacob, Cheyenne, Dakota and Cynthia; and his great grandchildren, Madison, Christopher, Avery, Ronan, Kolton and James.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, June 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Apostolic Church (5802 Cemetery Rd, Kingsville, OH 44048).
