Hoffman Jr. (Tamara) of Colorado, Steven F. Hoffman of Centerville, Kathleen D. Griffin (Jim) of Meadville, John Hoffman, Laura Hoffman and Suetta Hoffman (Rodney) of Linesville; his grandchildren, Shannon, Anjennae, Gabrielle (Gabby), Stephanie, Alexandra, Kellie, Ashley, Samantha, Haylee, Beth, Ryan and Annaliese; and his great grandchildren, Lincoln, Madelynnae, Ethan, Madison and Mason. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
