He is survived by: his siblings, Cathy Koontz (Richard) of New Eagle and Eric Walters (Laryjean) of Monongahela; and his nieces and nephews, Sequoia Edwards, Brianna Coleman, Richard Koontz, Jr., Dawn Stancato, Stonilynn Walters, Amanda Lyndi Hackney, Fred Vitale, Jr. and Eric Walters, Jr..
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Frye Funeral Home to help the family defray funeral expenses.
