He was predeceased by: his parents, Susanno Mattera and Elizabeth Mattera (Martorana); his brother Joseph; his sister-in-law Wilomenia Mattera; his brother Pasquale "Pat"; his sister-in-law Theresa Mattera; his sister Immaculate; his brothers-in-law, Paul Stewart and Raymond "Ray" Brown; and his nephew Paul David Stewart.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene Mattera (Davenport); his sons, Ed Mattera (Michelle Andromalos) of Conneautville, Brian Mattera of Conneautville and Tony Mattera (Missy) of Conneautville; his sister Mary Brown of Conneautville; his grandchildren, Jonathan, Kyle, Connor and Kaylee; and his great grandchildren, Adyson, Colton and Aubrey.
Strict CDC guidelines of limiting the number of people, wearing face covering and social distancing will be followed.
