It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Ruffley of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on August 24, 2021, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Ruffley and Mary Ruffley (Brown); his former wife Suzan Ruffley (Lockhart); and his son Gary Ruffley. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn; his siblings, John Ruffley of New Castle, PA, Tim Ruffley of Columbus, OH, Scott Ruffley of New Castle, PA., Romaine Ruffley of Boardman, OH and Nancy Reagle of New Castle, PA.; his sons, Jason Ruffley of New Castle, PA. and Christopher Ruffley of New Castle, PA.; and his grandsons, Isaiah Ruffley of New Castle, PA and Jaden Wilkins of Saegertown, PA.
