He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn C. Koch and Dorothy Eder Koch; his stepmother Ruby Souter Koch of Farragut, PA; and his brother John J. Souter of Montoursville, PA.. He is survived by: his wife Connie Meyers Koch; his siblings, Diane Souter DeFebo of Williamsport, PA and Richard F. Souter of St. Sidney, VA.; and also, Dave, Wendy Meyers of Conneaut Lake, PA, Christine Shaffer of Nevada, Noel, Eileen Meyers of Philipsburg, PA, Adam, Tyler, Meghan, Ben, Kate, Sean and Zack. He is also survived by three step children.
