She was predeceased by: her father Howard Herman. She is survived by: her mother Mary Anne Herman (Dombeck); her husband Gary Edward Blakely, Jr.; her children, Arica N. Herman (Joshua) of West Middlesex, Chelsea A. Blakely of Conneaut Lake, PA and Marissa E. Blakely of Conneaut Lake, PA; her brother Edward Herman; and her grandsons, Roman Minns and Mason Blakely.
