He was predeceased by: his father Norman Lipps; and his brother Jonathan Lipps. He is survived by: his mother Karen S. Lipps (Fox) of Conneaut Lake; his brother Michael Lipps (Jennifer) of Harmonsburg; his niece Kaitlyn Lipps; his nephew Brian Lipps; his aunt Cindy Andrews; his uncles, Dale Lipps and James Fox; his great-uncle Tom Eells (Carole); and his stepmother Jan Lipps.
