She is survived by: her husband Arthur Hoover Jr.; her children, Dr. Candy Lucian (Dan Mohorovich) of Conneaut Lake, PA and Eric A. Hoover (Annette) of Conneaut Lake, PA; her grandchildren, Taylor Lucian, Justin Hoover, Jordan Walker and McKenna Weaver; her great grandchild Theodora Walker; and her sister Helen Kershner of Greenville, PA..
