She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Urquhart and Theama Urquhart (Dygert); her husband Bernard "Sonny" Calvert Jr.; her sister Nellie Rhoades; her brother-in-law Dan Scott; her daughter-in-law Linda Calvert; her great grandchild William Spratt; her son-in-law Jim Spratt; and her siblings-in-law, Charles Calvert and Rosemary Calvert.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Spratt of Conneaut Lake, PA and Robert B. Calvert of Meadville, PA; her grandchildren, Mark Calvert (Rachael), Shannon Allen (Philip Jr.) and Joshua Spratt (Katherine Ellis); her siblings, Barbara Scott of Conneaut Lake, PA, Robert Urquhart (Dot) of Cochranton, PA and Daniel Urquhart (Sandy) of Meadville, PA; her great grandchildren, Philip James Allen, Katrina Saylor, Brian Allen, Julianna Leone, Jacob Allen, Hannah Allen, Elizabeth Gilligan (Charles), Robert A. Calvert and Jarod Calvert; and her great great grandchildren, Braiden Gilligan and Gabriella Gilligan.
