He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Foust and Dessie Foust (Black); his wife Bernice Marie Worden; his daughter Carol Anne; his grandchildren, Carol Anne Smith, Michael James Smith and Tina Marie Smith; and his siblings, Harry Foust, Shirley Worden and Dorothy Dearborn.
He is survived by: his children, Diane Irwin of Ocala, FL, Anthony Smith (MaryAnn) of Conneaut Lake and Charles Foust (Lisa) of Conneaut Lake; his grandchildren, Carrie McCoy (Matthew) of Ocala, FL., April Smith of Yanton, SD., Tasha Chaffins of Conneaut Lake, Sasha Renicker (Robert) of Linesville and Elizabeth Foust of Conneaut Lake; his great grandchildren, Austin, Alex, Tyler, Aydan, Scott, Abbygail, Jay and Raelynn; and his sister Sally Ellis of Conneautville, PA. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
