He is survived by: his wife Carol Howard (Courtney) of Conneaut Lake; his son Raymond Howard III of Conneaut Lake; his grandchildren, Derek Howard of Pittsburgh, Shane Shults of Phuket, Thailand and Kyla Howard of Pittsburgh; his stepsons, Dan Shults of Conneaut Lake and James Shults of Pittsburgh; his parent-in-law Mary Horne of Jamestown; his siblings-in-law, Lawrence Luff of Pittsburgh, Kenny Staudenmaier (Barb) of Conneaut Lake, Tom Courtney (Cathie) of Conneaut Lake, Bob Courtney of Atlantic, Donna Brown (Ron) of Greenville and Terry Schlosser (Dale) of Conneaut Lake; his close friends, Randy, Deb Miller of Volant, Vern, Donna Smith of Butler, John, Linda McClure of Pittsburgh and Bonnie Kroniser of Linesville; and also DeWayne Horne of Jamestown. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
