He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry W. Rubner and Jesse Rubner (Bierwerth); his mother-in-law Helen Heme; his wife Helen; his son Perry Rubner, Jr.; and his siblings, Edna Enssle, Mildred Burger, Eleanor Trimm, Doris Derby, Opal Furno, Marie Wellman and Glen Rubner.
He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Manville of Conneaut Lake; his granddaughter Misty Cleary (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Finnegan and Owen; and his sister Evelyn Rubner of Meadville. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
