He was predeceased by: his parents, Marian Krolikowski and Irene Krolikowski (Padziorko); and his sister Irene Picerno. He is survived by: his wife Tyna Gundrum; his daughters, Marcia Forsythe of Meadville, PA and Michele Ladner Bowman (Mitsy) of Conneaut Lake, PA; his grandchildren, Nathan, Jeanette, Nicolette, Jerry, Noah, Breanna, Alexander and Johnathan; his great grandchildren, Lola, Aurorua, Acari, Kenna and Peyshince; his siblings, Bertha Palicia (Pete) of Cleveland, OH, Joseph Krolikowski (Lena) of Florida, Louisa Effert (Jerry) of Florida and Linda Dunn (Jimmy) of Indiana; and his brother-in-law Alden Gundrum (Butch) of Conneaut Lake. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
