He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Scully and Joan Scully (Shaffer); his brother Thomas Scully; his stepson Jeffrey Eells; and his brother-in-law Harry Lee.
He is survived by: his daughters, Rae Anne Scully-Serrano (Esteban) of Erie, PA and Erica Scully (Joey Estep) of Franklin, PA; his grandchildren, Angel, Jianaliz and Yavian; his sister Cheryl Lee of Papilon, NE; his nieces and nephews, Joni, Jeffrey and Kathy; and his close friend John Ittel.
