We are sad to announce that on October 28, 2023, at the age of 79, Mary Candace Brann of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, born in Niagara Falls, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Donald J. Belcher and Nancy Foote Belcher; her sisters, Helen Stacey Belcher and Marilyn Whisman; and her fiancé Jon Layer.
She is survived by: her children, Scott Brann (Mary), Wendi Waid (Todd) and Mark Brann (Julie); her grandchildren, Michele Lillard (Clay), Alyssa Peck (Matt), Louis Brann, Catherine Brann, Olivia Brann, Ava Waid, Charles Waid and Ella Brann; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Gianna, Rose, Bridget Peck, Zoey and Lucy Lillard; her brothers, Matt Belcher (Emily), Mark Belcher (Anne Marie) and Neil Belcher; her former husband James Brann (Pete); and her pet Archie. She is also survived by nieces; nephews.
