He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Wheelock and Charles George Thompson; and his daughter Grace. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Dean Foreman; his daughters, Morgan Paige (Keith Keller) of Boston, MA and Rachel Ruth (Eric Rothermel); his grandchildren, Jackson David and Cameron Brooks; and his sister Amy Ruth Thompson of Greensboro, NC..
