She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Downing and Hazel McEwen Downing; her brothers, Richard Downing, Jr. and Raymond (Buck); and her nephews, Tod and Rod Downing.
She is survived by: her pet Susie Q.; her husband Norman R. Swartzlander; her daughters, Sandra Loreno (Tony Abati) of Conneaut Lake and Carol Singleterry of Sarasota, FL; her granddaughter Linsey Loreno of Greenville; and her nephew Glenn Milosh.
