He is survived by: his parents, Zackary A. Wade of Conneaut Lake and Misty M. Joliet of Conneaut Lake; his brothers, Ronnie and Connor; his grandparents, Chris Wade, Michelle Wade, Rebecca Joliet (Keith Tuttle) and Gary Boyce (Maria); his great-grandparents, Sharlene Brown and John Joliet; his aunts and uncles, Zach Boyce, Andy Kleppe, Alisa Wade, Marissa Cormier and Nichole Lowry; and his cousin Carson Boyce. He is also survived by numerous other cousins, family members, and friends.
