He is survived by: his mother Catherine Huckleberry Hosick, Jr. of Conneaut Lake; his sons, Kenneth Hosick, Jr. of Meadville and Justin Hosick of Meadville; and his siblings, Janice Mercier (George) of Conneaut Lake, Edward W. Hosick, III (Annette) of Erie and Harry Hosick (Kim) of Guys Mills. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
