He is survived by: his sons, Jaxon Hornbeck and Kolton Hornbeck; his mother Roberta Hornbeck; and his siblings, Erishea Reese of Conneaut Lake, Jason Hornbeck (Sara) of Pittsburgh, Joshua Hornbeck (Lisa) of Oil City and Jeremy Hornbeck (Charolette Burrows) of Titusville. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
