He was predeceased by: his parents, Ruth Adeline Ulm and James Harry Parmiter; his brother James Darlin Parmiter; and his pet Smokey. He is survived by: his children, Mechel Ruth Golenberke (Robert) and Jon Kyle Parmiter of Virginia Beach, VA; the mother of his children Karen Lynn Barlow Parmiter; his grandchildren, Allyson Elizabeth Golenberke Graham (Lucas) of Meadville, Lindsay Victoria Golenberke of Meadville, Chase Nicholas, Jacob Kyle and Faith Emily Parmiter; his sister Suzanne P Sturni (late Lance C. Sturni) of Somerset, PA; his sister-in-law Nancy L. Parmiter of Philadelphia, PA; his niece Kelley Suzanne Duppstadt (Craig); his nephews, James V. Parmiter (Jan), David B. Parmiter (Elaine) and Jonathan A. Opfar (Patti Jo); and also Audra Parmiter of Virginia Beach, Virginia.. He is also survived by great nephews and nieces in addition to his close friends.
