He was predeceased by: his father Calvin Coolidge. He is survived by: his mother Dorothy Sizemore (Balch) of Conneaut Lake; his sons, John Lee Sizemore and Tyler Scott Sizemore; and his siblings, Carol Ramsey and Beve Sizemore. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
