He is survived by: his children, Raymond Maddigan (Shirley), Karen Martin (late Regis), Coleen Wierzchowski (Matthew) and Jack Maddigan (Lisa); his grandchildren, Shane, Michael, Allison, Cara, Maggie, Matthew, Amy, Jacob and Abby; and his sibling Daniel Maddigan (Mary Ann).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Carnegie Library of Homestead where Jack was a longtime member.
