He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Cunningham and Grayce Irene Cunningham (Maddux). He is survived by: his wife Susan Cunningham of Louisburg, Missouri; his children, Glenn Cunningham of Ozark, Missouri, Kirstie Cunningham of Henington and Rachel Almond (Alvin) of Roswell; and his siblings, Harry Cunningham (Carol) of Butler, PA and Christine Bloom (Ken) of Phoenix, AZ.
