He was predeceased by: his father Ralph E. Kelley; and his sister Judith Ament. He is survived by: his mother Nina E. Kelley (Saunders); his siblings, Daniel Kelley (Lori), Harriette Blake of Erie, PA, Deborah Phelps (James), Michael Kelley (Katie) of Pittsburgh, PA, Scott Kelley (Ashley) and Christopher Kelley of Conneaut Lake, PA; and his niece Macenzie Kelley.
