Rubner (Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania), born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on May 19, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Heme and Margaret Heme (Guydos); her son Perry Rubner; and her siblings, Paul Heme, Frances Cooper and Lambie Godwin.
She is survived by: her husband Perry M. Rubner; her daughter Cindy Manville of Conneaut Lake; her granddaughter Misty Cleary (Brandon); her great grandchildren, Finnegan and Owen; and her sister Linda Reedy of Meadville. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
