With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frank J. Carilli Jr. of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 3, 2022 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank J. Carilli, Sr. and Bernice Marley Carilli; and his brother-in-law Bill Siget. He is survived by: his wife Judith Metts; his children, Mathew Carilli of Mentor, OH and Tracy Hill (Greg) of Huntsburg, OH; his grandchildren, Hannah and Seth Hill; and his siblings, Evelyn Siget of Bridgeville, Roselle Makitka (Al) of Delaware, Tony Carilli (Linda) of Virginia and Marc Carilli (Pia) of Pittsburgh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to an animal rescue or humane society of the donor's choice.
