She was predeceased by: her mother Edith Burgess; her husband William E. Price; her son William J. Price; and her brother Donald Burgess. She is survived by: her sons, Douglas Price (Diane) of Canfield, OH and Michael Price (Shelly) of Mercer, PA; her grandchildren, Ashley Price, Drew Price (Whitney) and Colton Price (Leslie); her stepgranddaughter Cindy Bishop (Ben); and her close friend Nancy Osborne of Meadville. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorials be made to The Samaritans Holy Ground Thrift Shop & Food Pantry (at Our Lady Queen of the Americas Church), 155 S. Ninth Street, Conneaut Lake, PA 16316.
