She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Stefanick and Nancy L. Stefanick (Berkebile); and her grandmother Mary Stefanick. She is survived by: her sons, Michael Costello of Orlando, FL, Nicholas Costello of Conneaut and Andre Costello (Gretchen) of Brookline; her grandson Nicholas Pieri; her brother Gary Stefanick of Tampa, FL; and her pet Chyna.
