Hoogstad of Conneaut Lake, Pennsylvania, born in Meadville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on September 20, 2021, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hoogstad and Shirley Hays Hoogstad. He is survived by: his wife Laura Cannon; his son C. Joe Hoogstad (Kristi) of Saegertown; his granddaughters, Lilly and Laila Hoogstad; his siblings, Ritchie Hoogstad of Linesville, David Hoogstad (Peggy) of Linesville, Gene Hoogstad (Danica) of Sandy Lake and Mary Smith (Ron) of Cleveland, OH; and his sister-in-law Roberta Loadman (Ron) of Pleasant Hills, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
