She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Wells and Loretta McEwen LaBarre; and her brother Barry Wells. She is survived by: her husband Brad; her children, April Atha (Andy) of Guys Mills and Jason Black of Conneaut Lake; her grandchildren, Nick, Zack Atha, Bell and Eden Black; and her siblings, Kevin Wells (Marilyn) of Ohio, Brian Wells (Ruth) of Ohio and Merrilynn Jenkins (Butch) of Ohio. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
