She was predeceased by: her parent Charles William. She is survived by: her parent Eva Hazelbaker (Perry); her grandmother Margaret Parks Hazelbaker; her children, Vivian Deshner of Conneaut Lake and George Deshner III of Meadville; her nephew Robert Hart (Darlene); her husband George; and her brother Charles. She is also survived by friends who would loving refer to her as Mom D and Grandma.
