She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Rhodes and Stella Mae Rhodes (Paugh); her husband Wayne Turner; her sisters, Dotty Rhodes and Helen Gordon; and her half-sister Brenda Paugh.
She is survived by: her sisters, Martha Babcock (Dave) of New York, Rose Mary Moreland of Grantsville, MD and Theresa Dale of Hillsboro, MO; her half-sisters, JoAnn Smallwood of McCoole, MD and Barbara Hays of Buffalo; and her nieces, Yvonne Cuppett (Dane) of Frostburg, MD and Rhonda Miller of Westernport, MD. She is also survived by other numerous nieces and nephews.
