Elaine C. Koontz Obituary

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Elaine C. Koontz of Confluence, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 4, 2022 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Elwood Bruce and Lydia Esther Bowser (Cramer); and her brother George Bowser. She is survived by: her former husband Scott Koontz; her husband Donald O'Neal; her sisters, Lydia Marie Swayne, Thelma Richter and Eloise Harned; her daughters, Sandra Everhart (Sylvester) of Southern Pines, NC and Beverly Hall (Gerald) of Confluence; her grandchildren, Leslie O'Brien (William), Sean Everhart (Laine), Lisa and Jennifer Hall; and her niece Pamela Boehm. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Elaine's name to either Trinity Lutheran Church, P.O. Box 64, Confluence, PA 15424 or In Touch Hospice, 1474 N. Center Ave., P.O. Box 1173, Somerset, PA 15501.
